Within the framework of proactive measures aimed at ensuring the smooth progress and success of the harvest and threshing campaign for the 2026 agricultural season, Mr. #Ben_Abdallah_Chaib_Eddour, #Wali (Governor) of the #Oum_El_Bouaghi_Province, chaired a meeting this Sunday evening, May 17, 2026, at the Wilaya headquarters (The Cabinet), dedicated to: Activating the committee in charge of monitoring the harvest and threshing campaign. The proactive measures necessary for the success of the harvest and threshing campaign. In the presence of Ladies and Gentlemen: The Secretary General of the Wilaya, the representative of the Commander of the Territorial Group of the National Gendarmerie, the representative of the National Security services, the Head of the Oum El Bouaghi Daïra, the relevant Directors of the Wilaya's Executive Body, the Director of the National Center for Seed and Plant Control and Certification (CNCC) in Constantine, the Director of the Regional Exploitation Group, the Director of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR), the Director of the Regional Mutual Agricultural Fund (CRMA), the representative of the Director of the Technical Institute of Field Crops (ITGC) in El Khroub, the representative of the Director of the National Institute of Soils, Irrigation, and Drainage (INSID) in Oum El Bouaghi, and the Directors of the Cereals and Dry Pulses Cooperatives (CCLS) (Oum El Bouaghi, Aïn M'lila).
